Delivery and Pick up
Rates for delivery and pick-up will be quoted at the time of ordering. Delivery requirements must be requested in advance to ensure staff is prepared. Products must be ready for pick up in the same way they were delivered unless the customer has requested take down services. All products must be taken down and if applicable, packaged in the same boxes they were received.

Set up and Take-Down
If you have requested take-down service, you do not need to repackage the items in the boxes in which they arrived. The delivery boxes however must be ready for staff upon take down. A charge will apply for any shipping boxes not ready at time of pick up.

Damages
Customers will be charged accordingly for broken, damaged or missing items, including missing boxes in which items were shipped.

Pricing
All prices are quoted for one-day rentals – 40hrs, which allows for evening pickup the day prior to the event and morning drop off, the day following the event.

Payments and Deposits
A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of ordering products. Any outstanding balance is due no-later than the day of pick-up/delivery.

Safety Deposits
At the time of ordering, a security deposit will be required. Upon return of the items in the same clean and working order as they were rented, safety deposits will be refunded. Deposits for linen will be mailed within 7 days.

Taxes
GST will be added to all products and services. PST will be added to applicable products.

Rental Period
All prices are based on one-day rates. The products are rented for 40hrs from pick-up to return – (allows for pick up between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. the evening prior to the event and drop off between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., the day following the event). Should a customer require products longer than 40hrs at a time, they must notify Detailed Occasions Inc. in advance to ensure this is included in the contract. There is a $10.00 per hour charge for products kept longer than the agreed upon time frame. This fee is a combined fee for all products and does not apply to each product.

Ring Pillows
Ring pillows can be purchased from our showroom. We have over 40 styles and colours to choose from.

How and Why we Keep our Prices Low
How do we keep our prices so low? By having our showroom in our home, we save a great deal of overhead and other costs that come with a traditional store front. This means we can pass our savings on to our customers and remain price competitive.
